These custom high waisted compression shorts have been designed by a female grappler for female grapplers with a  forgiving fit for athletic feminine bodies (read: doesn't run small, and stretches to fit!), and verified squat-proof!

The high waist comfortably cinches to flatten the tummy while lifting the backside,  while the legs don't choke your thighs, allowing for comfortable movement.

Features a diamond on the right leg, BJJ  Couture logo on the left leg, and the BJJ Couture slogan and leopard on the back.

* Fitment Note: the longer length is wide enough to accommodate muscular thighs to prevent from being too tight. If your thighs aren't wider than your hips, the bottom of these longer shorts may be a little loose at the bottom.

If you don't need that extra width, and don't want room at the bottom, we recommend the shorter length.
