Refund policy

**All returns are at the discretion of BJJ Couture and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Important: All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization from BJJ Couture.

Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging within 20 days of ship date, and must be processed individually prior to approval with pictures submitted prior to authorizing a return label. 

All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of BJJ Couture. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange (i.e., item appears dirty, has been worn, tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or has makeup marks, deodorant marks, has visible signs of wear, etc.).

Accessories, pre-orders, belts, on-demand, discounted, and special order items are non-returnable and should be considered final sale at time of purchase.

Orders made via payment plan but not fully paid may be ineligible for refund and will not be refunded for the full amount. All refund submissions are subject to All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of BJJ Couture.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of BJJ Couture. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item. 

Orders made with a free shipping discount code will be charged for the shipping cost and return label cost, which will be deducted from refund ammount.

Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and any discount used to obtain merchandise that is sent back will have shipping charges deducted.

Shipping labels will only be provided for United States based returns. International returns must pay shipping and handling to send for inspection and review.

Shipping labels will not be provided for any order that is on a payment plan that has not been fully paid. Packages must be sealed in protective packaging.

For returns and exchanges, we highly recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. BJJ Couture is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned back to BJJ Couture, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed and those fees will be due prior to reshipping of your order OR the cost will be deducted from any refund that is due back to a customer.  

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from BJJ Couture. We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges from third parties.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Accessories (including BJJ belts), pre-orders, women's compression shorts, or special order items are non-returnable. Discounted or sale items are non-returnable.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Because pre-order items are made-to-order items, no cancellations or returns can be made, unless a specific cancellation window is provided at the time of sale. If applicable, cancellations made prior to the stated deadline are subject to a cancellation fee of twenty (20%) percent of the purchase price and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit (no exceptions). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What can cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, PayPal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, orders using a discount code that is not permitted, or orders placed over the specified purchase limit.

In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

⚠️ Customers with a 70% return rate or that meet any criteria mentioned above may be prohibited from any and all future purchases at BJJ Couture's discretion.

Customers that have been prohibited from making future purchases will have any orders placed automatically canceled and refunded upon creation.
