Shipping policy

For all orders placed for in-stock items, BJJ Couture staff endeavors to ship orders within 2 business days of the time the order is placed. Estimated transit times at checkout account for processing time. Please note that this does not apply to pre-order or on-demand orders, which have their own stated shipping policies at time of purchase.

Under extenuating circumstances such as holidays, site-wide sale events, high-volume shipping periods, severe weather, shipping team illness, or other reasons, shipping times may be delayed and therefore affect overall transit times. While we will do our best to meet our shipping commitments, please keep in mind that shipping estimates are not guarantees. Processing and delivery times may vary.

USPS is the default/primary selection used for most shipments, unless a customer specifies and pays for a specific expedited service, which will be used upon order shipment within 1-2 business days. In all other instances, and if free shipping is selected at time of purchase, we reserve the right to use other carriers as we see fit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address either by user error or by mail carrier error, or for International customs fees, import fees, or other taxes associated with the delivery of international orders (outside USA).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on geographical location and parcel weight. Shipping within the US and its surrounding territories for orders valued at $100 USD (after discounts and before any taxes are applied) or the use of a free shipping code qualifies for free Economy Ground shipping.
